📍 Palais des Festivals et des Congrès
Music industry
The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès hosts around 70 international trade shows a year across nearly 35,000 usable m², including more than 13,000 m² of main exhibition hall, with auditoriums from 147 to 2,309 seats. Around it, the Old Port, Port Canto and the Croisette add their own events — from the Yachting Festival to the Régates Royales.
For a company exhibiting or attending, most of the relationship value is not created on the stand: it is created in the evening. This section brings together, show by show, what you need to prepare that part — confirmed and unconfirmed dates, which Palais halls are used, attendance, visitor profile and seniority, opening hours, badge prices, each show's own evening culture, the busy districts, and realistic booking lead times.
And if you are looking for a venue: Loka Bar is at 88 rue Meynadier, an eight-minute walk from the Palais and three from the Old Port. Full or partial buy-out for up to 70 guests, South American cooking, cocktail workshops, DJ sets, service until 12:30 AM, seven days a week.
Dates marked “confirmed” come from the organisers' official sites or from the Palais des Festivals. Those flagged “to be confirmed” come from third-party listings or previous editions: check them before any contractual commitment. Attendance figures are those communicated by the organisers for the latest known edition. Last updated: July 2026.

20 – 40 lokos
Signature cocktails, circulating latina finger food, DJ set. Two to three hours, standing format, ideal between the show closing and the official party.
10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
A date, a headcount, a vibe: we reply within 24 hours with a quote. On the big shows, block as early as you can.
An eight-minute walk, about 600 metres. The Old Port and Quai Saint-Pierre are three minutes away, the Croisette fourteen. Rue Meynadier is pedestrianised; the closest car parks are Forville (2 min), Vieux-Port and Pantiéro (5 min).
Up to 70 on a full buy-out — bar, dining room and terrace. Partial buy-out is possible from around ten guests. Above 8 people, use the quote request rather than the online booking form.
Service runs until 12:30 AM, seven days a week, at lunch and dinner. That is a real advantage during trade shows: you can carry on after an official party that ends at 10 PM.
Yes: cocktail and latina finger-food packages for afterworks, three-course South American menus for client dinners, cocktail workshops and mezcal tastings as entertainment, DJ sets. Every request gets a bespoke quote within 24 hours.
Three to six months for a mid-sized show, six to nine for the peaks — MIPIM, the Film Festival, Cannes Lions, MIPCOM, MAPIC. At MAPIC in particular the two-day format leaves only one real evening: block early.
Yes. Mention your company and your invoicing requirements in the form and we will come back with the details.
