Both days: opening conference 9:00–9:50 AM, meetings 10:00 AM–12:50 PM, business lunches 1:00–2:30 PM, conference or workshop 2:30–3:25 PM, meetings 3:30–6:20 PM, ending around 6:30 PM.
Free but named accreditation, validated before the event. Hosted Buyers get flights, 5-star accommodation and catering covered. Not open to the public; students and general public refused.

An opening cocktail and a closing dinner, both reserved for senior buyers and exhibitors, plus pre-arranged business lunches. The hosted buyer programme explicitly leaves Wednesday the 25th free in the evening — that is the window for private exhibitor dinners. As with Healthcare Meetings, the co-location of the two shows concentrates demand on the same two nights.
A furniture brand or lighting manufacturer wanting to host fifteen architects on Wednesday evening, when the official programme leaves them free: Loka is eight minutes from the Palais, with a decorative character that speaks to this audience — wood, colour, materials — rather than a neutral seminar room. Moderate but concentrated pressure: two Weyou shows on the same dates, both with hosted buyers in 5-star hotels. Three months for the upper end, six to eight weeks otherwise. Wednesday the 25th is the most contested evening.
20 – 40 lokos
Signature cocktails, circulating latina finger food, DJ set. Two to three hours, standing format, ideal between the show closing and the official party.
10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
