The organiser publishes no gala, official dinner or closing party: the parallel programme rests entirely on trend areas, conferences and the competition. Evening life is therefore entirely private and informal. A very Italian show, heavily focused on the supplier-brand relationship, where house dinners are common practice — though not publicly documented. Good calendar news: the window between MIPCOM and MAPIC is the clearest of the Cannes autumn.
An Italian weaver entertaining French and Spanish clients, a brand gathering its design studio: 15 to 40 covers, three nights running if needed, in a venue with character where you can actually talk. Loka is eight minutes from the Palais, open at lunch and dinner, with a menu that breaks from hotel dining. And because the Cannes calendar is quiet that week, availability is real. Moderate pressure: a window between MIPCOM and MAPIC with no major competing show, and a strong Italian contingent doing day trips from Milan or Como rather than overnight stays. Two to three months is enough.
20 – 40 lokos
Signature cocktails, circulating latina finger food, DJ set. Two to three hours, standing format, ideal between the show closing and the official party.
10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
