No evening impact: the fair closes at 5 PM and its county-wide audience goes home. The daytime impact is moderate and concentrated between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM, along the axis between the Palais, the car parks and the station. The Meynadier and Forville district sits on the edge of that flow, around six hundred metres away.
Let's be honest about the potential: this is a young audience, accompanied by parents, with no evening spend. The real slot is the Saturday family lunch, noon to 2:30 PM, at a low average ticket. The only trade angle is a cocktail or dinner for the teams behind the seventy exhibitors, on Friday evening during set-up or Saturday evening during break-down — modest but real, and nobody offers it to them. No to very low hotel pressure: a local audience that does not stay overnight, with only a few out-of-region exhibitors needing rooms. A few days' notice is enough.
20 – 40 lokos
Signature cocktails, circulating latina finger food, DJ set. Two to three hours, standing format, ideal between the show closing and the official party.
10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
