The evening impact is close to nil: the show closes at 6 PM and has no night programme. The daytime impact, though, is real and very local — 5,000 visitors over two days at 2 boulevard Jean Hibert, with the Laubeuf and Pantiero car parks, which routes foot traffic straight through the Old Port and the Forville-Meynadier district.
This is the one event in the calendar where Loka's location is a direct advantage rather than a detour: 400 metres, a five-minute walk. Two obvious slots, Saturday and Sunday lunch from noon to 3 PM, and the post-show window from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Plus a B2B slot people forget: dinner for the thirty exhibitors on Saturday night, which nobody offers them. See the private hire page or book a table for a group of fewer than 8.
Very low hotel pressure: the audience is almost entirely local and does not stay overnight, and early October is still shoulder season in Cannes. One to two weeks is enough for accommodation. For an exhibitor dinner, contact the organiser in advance.
20 – 40 lokos
Signature cocktails, circulating latina finger food, DJ set. Two to three hours, standing format, ideal between the show closing and the official party.
10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
