A strong evening culture, but very much “classic yachting”: crew dinners, sponsor receptions, cocktails at the Cannes Yacht Club. Elegant, and markedly less corporate than the Palais trade shows. Watch the calendar: the Régates overlap the Cannes Corporate Media Awards (23–24 September) and immediately precede TFWA — the week of 21–27 September is one of the busiest of the Cannes autumn.
The village is on Quai Saint-Pierre, Loka is three minutes away. A 20-strong crew dinner after racing, a 50-person sponsor reception, or a full buy-out for the prize-giving night: it is the shortest walk from the pontoons. See the private hire page or book a table for a group of fewer than 8.
A very dense week on the Old Port. Book 3–5 months ahead, more if your evening falls on the closing weekend.
20 – 40 lokos
Signature cocktails, circulating latina finger food, DJ set. Two to three hours, standing format, ideal between the show closing and the official party.
10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
